Characteristics of SW Cape Coral
The SW was the first zone developed in Cape Coral and remains the city's heart. Cape Coral Parkway, the main commercial corridor, runs through this zone with restaurants, shops, services and access to the Cape Coral Bridge to Fort Myers.
Navigable canals in this zone provide access to the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico, significantly elevating waterfront lot values.
